Service guarantee 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service, we will return and fix it free of charge. If we cannot fix the problem to your satisfaction, we will return the amount paid for the service you were unhappy with.

5 Service Program

Basic or with Grub Proofing

 

1st Service (April - May)

MAIN FOCUS: Fertilize lawn to promote growth, prevent crabgrass from germinating, treat all broadleaf weeds.

  • Granular fertilizer with a pre-emergent crabgrass control is applied to the whole lawn.

  • Treat all broadleaf weeds in lawn with liquid weed control.

  • Soil pH is tested and lime recommendations are made for new customers. For details about lime CLICK HERE

2nd Service (May - June)

MAIN FOCUS: Fertilize lawn to promote growth, treat all broadleaf weeds, crabgrass, and nutsedge, prevent grubs from entering lawn.

  • Granular fertilizer is applied to whole lawn.

  • The lawn is searched and spot treated for all weeds including early signs of crabgrass and nutsedge.

  • If you have signed up for grub proofing*, it will get applied during this service.

3rd Service (June - July)

MAIN FOCUS: Fertilize lawn to promote growth, spot treat all weeds.

  • Granular fertilizer is applied to whole lawn.

  •  The lawn is searched and spot treated for all weeds, crabgrass, and nutsedge.

  • Customers should start to consider seeding options* for the Fall.

  • Core aeration and seeding is an addition cost.* For details CLICK HERE

4th Service (August - September)

MAIN FOCUS: Fertilize lawn to promote growth, weeds begin to die naturally.

  • Granular fertilizer is applied.

  • Weeds will not be treated if seeding is done.

  • The lawn is checked for harmful insects or damage and recommendations are made if found.

  • Core aeration* and seeding* is recommended during this time.

5th Service (October - November)

MAIN FOCUS: Fertilize lawn with a fast and slow-release fertilizer.

  • Fast and slow-release fertilizer is applied. No weed controls are used for the last service.

  • Nutrients is stored in roots when grass goes dormant and will feed the lawn when it starts to grow in the spring.

The TRIUMPH ride on machine allows us to apply granular material and liquid controls at the same time but more accurately and more efficiently. It's consistent spread and calibrated flow of materials insures the right amount of fertilizer is applied and distributed in an even pattern resulting in uniform color in your lawn. We also have the ability to spot treat weeds as needed.
